Before Building Homes, We Built Experience
Before Waugh Construction was established, Colton Waugh spent 15 years building his career as a carpenter. Beginning through Ontario's apprenticeship programs and gaining hands-on experience across custom homes, renovations, and timber construction, he developed a deep understanding of what it takes to manage a successful build.
Today, that experience is reflected across the entire team. Waugh Construction has grown into a crew of experienced tradespeople who share the same commitment to careful planning, clear communication, and delivering quality work. Together, they help homeowners navigate the building process with confidence.
Hear From Our Clients
We had an excellent experience working with Colton Waugh to build our cottage. He was a strong communicator, reliable, and delivered our project on time and on budget. Colton was always willing to listen to our ideas, offer thoughtful input, and provide support whenever we had questions. Colton is honest, trustworthy, and committed to doing things right. We would recommend Colton without reservation to anyone considering a custom home or cottage.
-Brian & Patsy Hogan
From the very beginning, we knew we were in good hands with Colton and Waugh Construction. He truly cared about our home and making sure everything was done right, and we never had to worry throughout the entire process. They are amazing builders, so clean, hardworking, and take so much pride in what they do. We couldn’t be happier with our home and wouldn’t want anyone else to have built it!
