Experienced Custom Home Builders Serving Kingston & Surrounding Area
Why We Build the Way We Do
Waugh Construction was built on years of hands-on construction experience before the business officially began. Owner Colton Waugh spent more than 15 years working across custom homes, major renovations, timber construction, and residential building, developing the skills and practical knowledge that continue to shape the company today.
Our Story
What started as weekend projects while working full-time in the industry gradually grew into a full-time business. As more homeowners trusted Colton with their projects, weekend work naturally evolved into the company it is today.
Every project is approached with the same mindset: build it properly, communicate openly, and never lose sight of the details that make a home unique. We enjoy projects that challenge us to think, solve problems, and create something that's tailored to the people who will live there. We focus on custom homes and renovations where experience and craftsmanship can make the biggest difference.
We're proud of what we've built over the years, and we're just as motivated by what's ahead. We continue to invest in our team, our equipment, and the way we work so every project reflects the standard we've set for ourselves.
What Guides Every Project
Building Relationships
We believe good communication creates better projects. Keeping homeowners informed throughout construction helps build trust and leads to better decisions.
Experience
Years spent working in the field, combined with the experience of our team, influence how we approach planning, problem-solving, and construction every day.
Attention to Detail
The work behind the walls is just as important as the finishes you'll see every day. Careful attention throughout construction helps ensure nothing gets overlooked.
Preparation
Planning, coordination, and having the right people and equipment in place before construction begins help every project run more smoothly.
