This 7,500 sq. ft. purpose-built shop features 16 ft. ceilings and 60 ft. clear-span trusses, creating an open and flexible interior. The building also includes large overhead doors, a reinforced concrete slab, a 1,500 sq. ft. lean-to for covered outdoor space, stone elements, and a custom timber accent.
